Shopfloor 5S
Given Maint Memo for every brakdown
Arrange the material as per shift planned for every machines
Operator Leave Plan ( In Advanced ) / Shift Change allow in only Emergency case
Strictly follow Shift Schedule
Run the Machine as per Requirement if the operator is not present
Sunday Working As per Plan / Order
